Say, dont these items cost way more than the T2 version? Surely someone would only use these where CPU was extremly limited, and I hate to think what type of mods use a lot more CPU than T2..... 
Either way, I dont remember using any of those items on my throwaway rokhs, so i assume you are talking about a cpu limited apoc or something?
