Rack is just a bunch of smack talking, can flipping, station sitting, "can't PvP their way out of a wet paper bag" bunch of Empire Dwellers. What is it? Your "A" Team out in 0.0 where the real men (and gals) PvP? Is that it? Oh well, guess we have to settle for the Dregs of Axiom.
