I've been contacted by an interested party looking to sell some prime real estate for any one looking to anchor a pos with in Empire. Now this location is within 5 jumps of Jita, the universe's best known market and is in a 0.5 security system. Sadly due to Empire regulations there is no moon mining allowed however if you planted a large tower, of any variety, you can easily mount many mobile laboratories and assembly arrays. And after reviewing the system in question I quite honestly recommend a large tower as there are no free moons in this system and small/mediums regularly come under fire.

Now, I will be holding the isk (in trust) for this transaction. I will have a representative on hand, unnamed, to watch the transition take place. It'll be handled very simply as well. Upon the completion of this auction a time will be agreed upon between both parties. At that time the pos that is currently in place will be set to offline and unanchor. The new owner will then be able to deploy his own pos at that time. When that is completed the funds will be released to the former moon owner minus a handling fee (as much as I think I can get of course!).

Transfer Date: Between 23 - Dec and 25 - Dec.
Starting Bid: 500M
Bid Increments: 25M
Buyout: 2,000M
Sniper Rule: 30 minutes + 50% down.

Bids from alts are acceptable however be mindful that to sniper this auction will require a 50% down payment of your bid. Failure to accept the auction will be grounds for forfeiture of the down payment. This will help offset any additional fuel times and/or trouble caused.

Two part question really. A: Yes there are offices in stations with moderate to expensive rents and B: Factories are readily available but rental at stations with factories is, of course, expensive. Given the very active nature of the area it is unlikely that offices are just readily available.

I will take to my client and have any office he maintains turned over to the winner of the auction... that is if he has an office there. Given the nature of business, there's no absolute rule that one must have an office with public factories to turn a profit from a POS. It's convenient, sure. And I would expect that anyone winner of this auction will be committed enough to eventually score an open office as it appears... if it is necessary.

PS: Not only am I going to check in with the client but I think I'll see about renting an office as a placeholder if something reasonable can be found.

Also, I was being intentionally obtuse. Why go out of my way to bring down a potential war dec on my client by giving out details that can lead to the system itself.

While there are still plenty of moons in empire space there are some areas well packed already. In fact, if you read my op, you'll find that the system, and the systems around it and/or Jita, are rather packed from people trying to have their facilities as close to the center of Eve economy as possible.

Don't let your perception be fooled by the emptiness of Khanid, Khanid Kutie.
