So, I have been getting close to having enough resources to build or buy an entry level battleship.
Things that I currently do in EvE:
Mine ~ 30% of time
Run missions (FedEx)~ 30% of time (in a frigate)
Fight NPC Rats ~ 40% of time
PvP = 0%
I will greatly appreciate your feedback on this matter. Thank you in advance - Xinth

Sigh... another carebear ok ill help you choose look at what you do, what are your skills what can hold the most cargo(and items for this) what ship can hold the most guns?
what lv is dorne skill?

Looks like you want to stay away from Caldari. Amarr might be what you are after, the Armageddon has some nice amounts of turret slots and lasers chain rats quite well (seing as ammo might become a problem).
Otherwise the empty beer can with engines (Typhoon) and the great tree log (Dominix) aren't too bad. Although I already have a Megathron, I am still enjoying some flight-time in my Dominix.
I still say, go for Amarrbecause of what you do. Caldari is yer worst choice (Missiles cost money, and 4 turret hardpoints won't mine very good)

hm i think armageddon is not bad
mine = good because 7 turrets 2500 drone space
Mission = dont know it  but i think its good to for killmiss/large carco [8lowslots]
Npc = good turrets rock many cap to and lasers dont need moon and you have time ...

Id prob be looking at the Domonix if i were u my friend, a good all round ship.
Armagedon is nice, but 3 med slots arnt good for missions.
Scorp is very good for pvp, but isnt a good miner.
Id deff say the dom.
sorry about the other guys post (Dura), EVE community is generally a helpfull one.

Dominix.
When you want another ship, you get a megathron, which is also good for those tasks (+ PvP).

Typhoon is a great all arounder, not the best miner, but of the other aspects including pvp it's arguable one of the top 2

The Dominix is the best all around BS for the bucks. Massive Drone space, plenty of mid-slots, good specs. Just don't think you're going to rampage in PvP - won;t happen. For PvP, I'd say Caldari, prob. Scorp/

Although I can't afford a BS yet, Dominix is also on my list simply because I have high drone skills, and when Shiva comes out there will be new drone types, making domis more interesting, I hope...
Arma or typhoon would be cool too...

Dominix is a good choice, but I would pick the Armaggedon. It's a better NPC hunter and miner, and it's a much nicer ship to look at. The Arma still has enough drones that can need---tne heavy drones. Lasers are cheaper for NPC hunting as you don't need ammo. Arma has more hi and low slots, and a stronger powergrid; Dominix has better CPU and midslots. You won't go wrong with either of the two.

Id have to agree with darth, go for the dominix. well balanced ship. a good all rounder and prolly the cheapest bship to purchase.
