A Short Guide to Enjoyment of an Amarr Character: 1) Train Minmatar Frigate V 2) Train Small Projectile Turret V 3) Train Small Autocannon Specilization to IV (or V if you like training long skills) 4) Buy a Rifter. To make Amarr competitive with anotehr race, you need max skills and hope the other race player does not have max skills. 2 max players fighting each other usually ends with Amarr player loosing.
