hi, let me tell you a story
the new bright star in the eve universe is called the nerf star
it is a limbo for nerfed ships where they are outfitted with grind damage cause their abilities do not work, they never take enough damage to pop so they grind untill the day they are redeemed and released from the bondage of the nerf star, free and happy to vigilantly fly the eve universe once more.
Myths state that if a ship looks upon the nerf star long enough, the ship will become pround and arrogant and start making claims about his superiority (even if it's not true) and the nerf star will then take him.
The big ships tell the small ships these stories at night, so they remember not to be proud and arrogant and boisterous in their claims and their ways, so that the nerf star will not take them, so that they will be safe.
Time goes very slow in the nerf star limbo, so when eve ends, there will only have gone a few days of boredome for them, and then they will be released and be birthed into a new beginning.
