Get EFT and fit it yourself. See how fast it can fly.. cos if it ain't fast, then don't bother. |

You can get 2000 m/s with just t2 fits, with rigs that goes up to between 2200-2500 depending on which ones you use. So yes i'm sure its possible but in the area of nano ships it would probably be one of the slowest and you dont have enough midslots for any kind of ewar or even a light shield tank.

Dont bother with Nanos.
User your imagination a bit and you will have over 10k Armor with decent resists and 770 DPS.

Vexor doesn't nano too well. It's fairly slow (like only 2.7 km/sec with 2 OD IIs and 2 nano IIs) and it also requires a cap injector to run... bad on a nano-ship. Couple cap power relays and a T2 large cap battery would get it cap-stable, but you're still slow at 2.5 km/sec. Also, it leaves you with no buffer whatsoever-if you get caught (and a non-nanoed Rifter can catch you), you're pretty much dead.
Basically, save the nanoing for the Ishtar.

I nano-ed a vexor before I got into my Ishtar. Worked out suprisingly good for me. Good training before getting into an Ishtar really, but nothing more spectacular.

think this is probably the most important thing about a nano vexor, it trains you on how to fly your nano ish before you get one and might save you from loosing your first few to stupid mistakes

I know someone who solo'd an Arazu in a Nano Vexor... lol
4x D150 Rail II, Med Remote rep [for gang use] 10mn MWD II, Warp Disruptor II, Med Cap Booster II 2x OD II, 2x Nano II -No rigs [cheapie]
I haven't tried it yet, but it's on my list of things to try.
I was considering a 3rd OD II instead of the second Nano II, but I think I'll probably want the agility boost (and 2500 m/sec is generally 'fast enough')

i fly one with a friend in a stabber (cheap fast gang ^_^) works wonderfully for pirating, easily runs away from BS's and BC's watch out for fast frigs and neuts :\ ----------- D: |

Flew a nano-vexor on an alt. I highly reccomend it as a step to an ishtar if you are running with some friends. It does ok in gang and you can participate with your nano buddies with relatively low sp and still do damage since your drones will be at optimal.

EDIT: On the other hand it might be a good idea to properly read the title. Nano Vexor, not Navy Vexor
i used my imagination and cant come close to 10k armor and near 770 dps :)

Anything running medium ACs, drones, or Light/Heavy/Cruise missiles (or probably medium pulses) is gonna tear a nanovexor apart. 2500ms isn't fast enough to speed tank, I promise. Oh yeah, and theres a pretty nice probability anything you run into will have weapons fit :-P

It's probably 'fast enough' to get the job done and avoid combat that I don't want to get in.
In the end, I do like my Stabber, but I'd like to take a cheapie Vexor to go with it.
(Don't think I don't know how to speed tank or use AC's or whatever. I do. I'd like to try it with my Vexor. You can say 'omg u mujst go 20kms or ur suck' but it's not really true.)
