Some times when I play, something that i have targeted has its name blink really fast and at the same time its name also blinks on the side of the screen. Also ships, objects and other blink fast. And very soon thereafter I feel an intense motion sickness, and just have to quit. But that's me.
Anyone else having this flicker?

Ya ive been having this problem also(the flckering 1, not the motion sickness). Only way to fix it is to like log out and back in.

I just clicked everything in the overview both time i had it happen, fixed it eventually. in less than 10 seconds.

Yeah, that worked for me a few times. But not this time, I am sitting her and my head is still spinning. I haven't felt like this since I played Jedi Knight back in the day. That game gave me severe motion sickness....

I bug reported this yesterday and they responded that its fixed on internal CCP testing. Thank god =D

I had this flickering once, too, when my antivir autoupdater fired up. Had to restart to fix it.

This is probably the issue you are referring to which my post here might offer some help to you to (temporarely) solve this problem without the need to constantly reboot.

I fix it by docking.. helps for me 100 of 100

a perminent fix for this is to lower ur monitor rate in the eve options. fixed mine for good by doing this.

You mean refresh rate? I have no such option in my eve options when I press ESC.
I am at Advanced Settings:
Windowed mode
24-bit color with 8-bit alpha
1280x1024
32bit z-buffer with 8-bit
Interval Intermediate
Default refresh rate on desktop is 60
