Full Client, premium is what you want for the new graphics.

Im assuming windows
http://www.eve-online.com/download/windows.asp
Then click Premium Graphics Content for a complete client.
If you already have classic, download the classic to premium upgrade.

Do be advised, check first if your PC can handle the Premium Graphics Update.
If not, stick to Classic. Most people will stick to Classic even when their PC's can handle Premium very well.
Reason?
To prevent client-side lag when the going gets very tough. Last thing you want in a combat situation is your PC to skip a couple of frames and didnt accept your module activation at the right time, ending in a lost ship and likely a trip to the clone bay...
