Nah. The CA shut down several CFS channels nicely during the CA-CFS war. Most of the channels they shut down were for distributing information to people about pirates and combat in CFS space. While some were closed down because of CA spamming, most of them were shut down because of propaganda and misdirection spread in them by CA propagandists, which is much more interesting at the end of the day than just spamming "yap yap yap".
Oh, and for the record, I love F-E. I'm all about the love.
