Eve-search.com keeps timing out so I'll postulate this here. I know ther are three agents that in exchange for tags will give you 2 run BPCs for their navy's Frig/Cruiser/BS. I cannot remember where they are, the tags required or the standing necessary. I
If someone could post that information, or point me to a thread where it is (irony being I've posted in those threads before telling people this very information but I was away for a bit and can't recall) I would be very appreciative. Mainly looking for, surprise, Caldari, and to an extent, Amarr.

Actually, no, it can't be modded standing. You need an UNmodified standing of 9.9 (I believe) to get the 2 run CNR BPC. Same rule applies to the Navy Frig and Navy Cruiser.

Why would you post if you 'believe'?
I did it with 9.9 modified on my main, unmodified is like 9.87 or something.

There are 3 agents sitting on the gate, just click on them and you can interact. The tags will need to be in your cargo hold.
