David Khan War Crimes	Posted - 2007.12.09 23:44:00 - [1] Honestly, Trinity has brought new life to this game, and aside from a few bugs that you're in the process of working out the expansion is by far one of your best. Far too many people are crying about issues which are well known, and far too little thanks are being given to the dev team that made the entire game possible in the first place. <3

Yup, awesome game, will be even better when it works right. Eye candy over game-play, thats the question you should be asking. Sure, trinity looks fantastic, I wont argue with you there. But wouldnt you rather have a game thats works the way it was intended? Wouldnt you rather have a game that is balanced? Wouldnt you rather have a game where the devs dont panic and nerf everything in sight? Wouldnt you rather have a game where you trained your skills so they actually mean things instead of more nerfs making the skill useless? Wouldnt you rather that CCP SERIOUSLY bug tested patches before going gold? Trinity has so many bugs I cant believe they didnt know about nearly all of them before they rolled it out. However, I suspect they felt that they were running out of time from all the promises made. They panicked, released the upgrade and made us suffer for it. I would have rathered them stalling the release to get it right. When they get it right, its beautiful. Shame they get so much wrong though. Now put ya tongue away

Aleria Angelis Strix Armaments and Defence Acheron Federation	Posted - 2007.12.10 00:46:00 - [19] The Boot.ini was a serious failure on CCP part, that goes without saying but no matter how messed up your computer was I don't think anyone suffered more due to this than CCPs dev team. CCP deserve alot of respect for what they've done despite trinitys bugs, they're still the creaters of the most unique and ambitious MMO to date and for that they deserve a pat on the back. Thank you CCP (and no I'm not a CCP fan/wannabe before you ask)

The new graphics are just excellent. I swear I've lost a couple hours of game play because I kept getting distracted by the awsome new stations and flying around checking out all the detail. The new lp store items are great. Loving the sisters scan probe launcher. Nice reduction in scan time. I do feel bad for CCP, though. It's really unfortunate that so many people are complaining and so few are praising. This really is a good patch imo and it's too bad that some (rather large) bugs got through to dimish it. I've had a huge increase in fps with better graphics as well. I don't care what planet you're from, that's just awsome sauce. Anyway, keep the chin up CCP. We still love ya. And thanks for Trinity. New ideas are always controversial. I would say with a bit more refining these changes will really shine. I dont see why people insist on complaining about the larger issues that will obviously get fixed. Im sure they are being worked out right now so that they can release one large patch that fixes most of the larger issues, instead of creating a bunch of small incrimental/annoying patches. Just wait guys. Trinity will end up being the best upgrade ever. Just give it another month or so and it will be all polished.

John Bishop Caldari North Siders Fang Alliance	Posted - 2007.12.10 05:27:00 - [26] i remember far worse patches and expansion releases,,,,, caster was one. winterblink got it right in his comic with the npc brickwall lol things ground to a halt in 0.0 but this patch has gone pretty smooth, in fact if it hadnt been for the boot.ini fiasco you really wouldnt have alot to gripe about. for most lag is better fps are better and game play is overall better. saterday night in hagiler me a 2 other alliance members got into a 3 carrier vrs 3 dread and bs support fight. even with 25-30 people in local hundreds of drones and all the effects going i never experienced lag. and neither did the other 2 carrier pilots. im not sure how the dread fleet faired in game quality but to be honest i havent had any issues other than pos lights floating in odd places. maybey im lucky,,, and no its not becuase i have an uber machine all i got is a amd athalon 2800 and a geforce 7800 with a gig of ram,, nothing speacial these days. anyways im rambling now,, i guess what i meant to say was good job dev team. ive been playing for 4 years and plan on at least another 4 to come _______________________________________________ Originally by: Rodj Blake Large Beam Spec 5 is a really good skill to have, because it almost puts you on a par with people using T1 projectiles.
