The MOTD has the estimate QA gave me. They are making an extra test run because of the complexities of the starbase systems. Current ETA of allowing connections is 12:20

I work for a big law firm were going to make lots of money from a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against you and theres nothing you can do about it because we know how to type very long and complicated sentences that will bamboozle your pathetic lawyers into crying like little girls who lost their dollies in a freak whaling accident whilst on holiday with their family who died by whales who we are also going to succesfully sue.

as a self appointed expert in something let me tell you, you are all idiots.
its quite clear that CCP has covered itself by the fact 13 people are online, the fact you cannot get online is your problem not theirs.
However i am demanding a refund for the minutes that I am not allowed to access Eve over and above the stated times.
If my skill ends during this unintended downtime then clearly my lawyers will be looking into the emotional trauma and stress i suffer from this event and will be looking for due compensation.

I believe that someone that knows something about this will post about it soon. Personally I just deployed the hotfix so I'm not really sure of the extent of the changes made in it.
