Bandyt has two petitions currently open. Bandyt is (or has a character that is) stuck in Jita. Bandyt can not open a petition to unstick the character. Having less petitions, while seemingly an 'option', is a terrible excuse for a flawed system. If you have problems to petition, you should be able to do so. Period. Particularly revolving around obvious flaws with said system. Now you can go be ****wads to the next person who posts a problem, maybe that will help them!
