I will be able to fly the ishtar soon and was looking for a setup. Could you please advise me on any speed tank setups, also any normal setups would be ok too.. Cheers.

i wont tell you but give you some hints
polycarbs best rigs to fit
you need overdrives for speed
lse t2 1 at least
you can permarun mwd without cap boosters
small guns
something to help anti - interceptors
small remote rep for drones.

polycarbs best rigs to fit - for uber speed whilst using a MWD or ab - if no peropulsion mod is used use auxillary thrusters!

if you actually flew an ishtar then you would probably know that they dont have launcher hardpoints

Gives you a lowest resist of explosive at 71.9%, 4648 armour and a top speed of 1402m/s. Each disruptor is also going to be hitting any turreted target's tracking for 40% too, nothing short of a frig should be able to hit you effectively.
