:) Patience.
I would like to have a rock-solid IPO plan before I even offer a sniff of a share. That being said I have earmarked Saturday for release. I have a christmas night out with my workmates on Friday, and would hate for that to disrupt the process.
With this in mind, and my wish for a notice before shares were on sale / reservable I will be issuing an announcement tomorrow with the details required.
I am not sure if I should give those who expressed an interest in this thread 1st pick or not  I guess I could give them 1st pick at 50 shares or something (75 mil?) and it's up to them if they take up that offer or expand it. |

i vote for! mainly because i am one of the people who are interested, but also because it seems pretty fair. what if the shares are selling like crazy, and someone really interested was to late.

I would like to know why you keep talking about going into lowsec with freighters and webber scouts, and transport ships etc.
You are opening a t2 cap component production ring in empire.
You are doing a variety of different things
Why do any of those include low-sec?
A lot of people are telling me to jump on your business plan but whilst it looks nice on paper it just looks like fluff. A whole lot of "I am gonna give you guys 10%. I have no real way of doing it so I will just dabble in a whole lot of different things to get your money".
Having said that, the literacy and consistency of the business plan reminds me of Fury Holdings first one of which I had similar critisisms and that is probably one of the best stocks on the market.
Anyway, call me a grumpy old fool if you want, maybe I am just turning a bit sour of late.

TBH, I see that the transports ships are specifically for making runs to low-sec, not the freighter.

Ricdic, the freighter will not leave high sec space - ever. The Transport class ship will be used if I find products in low security space that I can transport to high security space and resell for a profit.
Yes I am dabbling in a lot of everything, and I have stated that. I'm not hiding this.
I could easily have launched a bond saying "I would like a freighter, please fund me" but I don't want to do this.
The 10% profit will come from continuation of my T2 component arm, Hub to Hub trade, buy and sell order dealing and mining (if I have a few hours to kill or something) or something more profitable if I find it. Right now I do not have an "I Win" button, but can still make the guarenteed returns each month. If I do find an "I Win" button then my shareholders will benefit as well. I suppose this is part of the risk. |

Well i would gratly apretiate that you do take into account those that have already stated their interest, and if you do so i would like to take as much as 5 times that what you say (75mill wich would make a grand total of 375mill or 250shares), although if you want accountability and to spread things around i think you should cap it at about either 150mill (10 shareholders) or 75mill (20 shareholders, i wonder if that is what is in your mind...) anyways, sign me in the queue and i would want as much as i have stated, anything that's available inside that value.
If you launch on saturday i would have the money for you at 20:00 EST as that is when i get home from work on saturday.

Are there any more queries regarding the IPO before I close the discussion and prepare to sell some shares?
I still have to address how I will offer the shares as pretty much the whole available lot have been "reserved" in this discussion post and via EVE-Mail. |

I think the only fair way to do this is to post an announcement, which I will do tomorrow morning (12 hours time), stating when the shares will go on sale. At present I am aiming for a 10pm - 2am EVE time launch on Saturday evening / Sunday morning. This is pretty much the latest I can stay up, and I am trying to find a time that covers most timezones.
There will be no reservations being taken as I do not forsee any difficulties in selling this out - sorry to those expecting to reserve shares prior to launch.
The full, final IPO will be posted tomorrow in the same post. As there were no requests for clarification or changes to the IPO document that I recently posted, the final version will be pretty damn close to this, with only a few minor changes.
I will link to this thread in the new IPO post, so that there is an audit trail of what i've done with the IPO.

The time hasn't been set yet. I was only guessing that this may be a reasonable time to launch. Going to have a look at a world clock to see the best time that also suits me.
I will be posting the finalised Business Plan / IPO in an hour or so, work depending! |
