Has Ships & Modules forum become more like the Eve General forum? I mean, it used to be you could post about anything here concerning setups and the likes and get constructive answers. Even when you had a bad setup, you still get replies which had substance and were polite. Now, more and more, I see replies like 'wtf lol noob!'. I talked to a guy the other day that didn't want to ask a question about a setup here because he had done so once and just gotten laughed at. That is no way to treat people. What on earth happened? Can't at least some parts of the forums be civilized, and let the ranting and trolling be done en Eve General. My 5 cents.

NoNah	Posted - 2007.12.11 11:05:00 - [4] This may sound old and filled with prejudice but... EVE has been somewhat safe from the wow-mentality. EVE is expanding WoW is losing subscribers. The Game is getting older, without having any real numbers, I get the feeling the average age - is not. The new clientel is doing bad things to the forums in two ways. First off you get ignorant questions, it's frustrating to try and help when the same question, and more often than not, whine is posted 12 times on the very first page. And the ignorant answers.. breeds new ignorant answers. I can point out quite a few of the commoners who got flamed the first few appearances on the forums, and now they're the worst flamers around. Exactly, couldn't have said it better my self. And I don't mind the ignorant posts in this thread, it is actually quite wonderful since they prove my point exactly
