6x Mega Pulse II
Covert Jump Portal
Cloak
Med:
100mn MWD II
3x what ever (No Cap injector though since it got a small cargo hold and fuel is needed for the portal.)
Low:
2x EANM (The 1 PG / 0 CPU ones)
1x Best named DCU
3x 1600mm rolled tungsten
1x HS II
and ofc
5x Ogre II
It's a very CPU thight setup and best named is needed for the fittings or CPU implants are needed.

adaptive nano membranes != eanm
just sayin
that said, the plates are going to slow an already slow ship to an agonizing crawl imo, better off with a rep and light resists--not to mention the scan res needs a sensor booster thanks to the cloak
have you thought about cpu rigs, algid energy admins, with less plate and more injector?
