I myself posted a petition and was reply to that the issue couldn't be solved without a patch, though i don't see the fix on this next upcoming patch i am hopeful they will add it, also, check the patch notes discussion forum you will see more then 4 ppl that bring it up, and a dev reply about it.
P.S. you guys need to get out of the cubical every once in a while and talk to each other.

I re-assigned the defect to the software development team, we re-produced the problem and fixed it, I increased the defect's priority to High/Critical, sent in a request to include the fix in Trinity 1.0.1, and let's see what happens on Monday if we are able to get the fix in. I appreciate the positive feedback, constructive criticism and helpful suggestions.

Sorry but i have to agree that this is a *%$$#%^% answer from CCP.
If something is listed in the Known issues page... most of us do not put in a petion cause its a KNOWN ISSUE. IE.. CCP knows about it and is trying to fix it.
So we need to file bug reports and Petions on every problem we find even if it is listed as Known issue?????? To me that sounds like a waste of time for you CCP.  But if thats the case I think we need every alliance and it's members to file a petion today.

A total of 11 bug reports were eventually filed on this particular issue.
