Hey, how long does it take to get a petition answered? My alt's had one in for over 14hrs without any bloody reply.
First of all I get banned for accidentally posting a link into local which was meant to be in a private room, then they don't even have the courtesy to speak to me and say "erm, would you mind explaining yourself please?", but instead kick you off the server with no explanation or enquiries as to what happened.
Only been playing four and a half years without incident, wtf is ccp like?
Terrible, absolutely disgusting customer services behaviour considering the amount we pay them every month.
No doubt this will get deleted, and please don't suggest I should join BOB to get an answer from these power crazy *******.
Yes I'm angry, this is no way to treat someone who made a mistake. DON'T YOU ASK PEOPLE FOR THEIR SIDE OF THE STORY???

Posting those links as I think I know what you posted, will get you petitioned and banned, as those links don't belong in any channel, private or not.
They have more important stuff to deal with right now, and 14 hours waiting time is pretty normal, so really, chill out, hang out with friends, go to a bar, get drunk, play something else...

We have a private channel for **** chats, and I found one of Jordan aka Katie Price which I wanted to share with the lads.
The fact that it starts www.you**** should have given it away to those in local what it was. Why don't they speak to you first, it's just pathetic behaviour. If they are acting as the police, which in my opinion they are, they should ask your side first. People don't go to prison for a first offence, they get a talkjing to and then maybe a caution etc. Only repeat offenders get a gaol term which is essentially what this is.
Why not an isk fine instead? They really do have a lot to learn about how to treat people.

They didn't ban you for the link. They banned you for talking in local. After four and a half years you should have found a spot for the local window that you never, ever click anywhere near.

I'm not sure on this, but my reimbursement petition just got a reply after 5 days. TBH, that's really quick as far as EVE is concerned, especially with the current level of petitions.
Still, I'm thrilled. I'd have liked a response immediately, but even I recognize that as unreasonable in this situation.
