lost 61% off BC 5 and BS 5 because i died in a old cloan,
BC 5 will be complete in 2 days though (command ships skill already trained to 3)

Has carrier and Dread skill trained, just need to do the 25days of BS 5... and some skill tweaking)
character has 8+ Minmatar rep fleet standing so can use any minmatar level 4 agent...

Buyout: 7bill
Auction will end 15th December
I will pay transfer fee

erm... was going to bid 4.5 Billion to start you off, but would like to hear the reason for the account ban first :) don't want to spend all my iskies on someone who can't play.
