Please revert it back to when locking uncloaked you instead of not letting you lock when you are cloaked. I will prepay 10 years if i can get the change right this minute.

assign your cloak to the F1 key. tap it when you're ready to lock. Not what you want i know, but if you are trying to use the mouse for both this will help some.

um perhaps because it afforded the cloaked person (who just jumped through the gate) a locking time bonus. The lock started before u uncloaked, if you were in a fast locking ship (interceptor) that means by the time you uncloak all you have to do is hit your scram and boom, now youve got the advantage.
They wont change, nor should they change it, because you arent getting as many kills as you once were.

if thats the problem then all they have to do is just fix it so it doesnt actually start to target until you uncloak.

well when i jump into a fleet engagement and my frames are dying, it was already hard enough to find the primary and target him, now i have to move in his direction, wait for the uncloak, then target him.
