Lord DarkRaven took a loan of 50 million isk and has defaulted on 5 payments.
When a spoke to him last he told me "the lost of my BS would cost me more than 50m so go away or die"
How do I get my money back.

Be carefull who you loan money too...
or alternatively hunt him down and take the money out of his ship, assuming you manage to beat him in combat

Kill him, or have someone do it for you.
Won't get your money back (unless he buys you off), but revenge is better than ISK anyway.

I know ur pain, a guy by the name of toulak from a corp called something star, i think it was po rnstar. Borrowed a shuttle from me, and never returned it. ill b looking for this guy, but think hes been lying low...

Hey this is a good idea for a new feature (another way to make some cash in Eve!). Get a "bank" sort of function where you can loan/borrow people money. There's going to be a % of rent set at the start where both parties agree on, and there is an override function where the person who loaned you money can have everything that is/comes in your wallet till the amount of loan (plus rent) is paid.
ontopic: you will never see that cash again.

I have two types of loans to players in EVE.
1. Players that I know in real life and I expect to get my ISK back.
2. Players that I don't know in real life and I write the loan off as a gift. It's nice if I do get it back, but I don't expect it or worry about it.

We have determined that Dr Killmore is lying and that Lord DarkRaven stole no money from him. I would advise all to watch out for Dr. Killmore or you might find yourself in one of his lies. Not only have he lied about Lord DarkRaven, but he have lied about corporations also in the past.

I have made it a practice to have every word i say upheld, i don't think that someone loaning a friend 50m is a big deal especially if there's history between them.
(no, i don't loan out isk so don't ask)
however i do borrow isk, and lots of it. i've recieved loans from 10-80m isk and i make it a practice to pay 10% interest on the isk.
does that mean that the people that loaned me the isk were stupid to do so??
i would just like to think that i'm that trustworthy and my word actually means something in the game.
my advice to future lenders is to NOT loan isk to someone you don't know, but have some history with them...
final thought... if someone has ripped people off in the past, why are you going to be any different?? because you're friends?? the others thought the exact same thing...
