Ok my prob is this, i have done loads of the -standing lvl 1 missions and i have gained my personal standing to 0.31 for amarr navy, when i check my agents i saw i could proceed to the next agent it allso says available to u, i need a personal standing of 0.30 to be able to use him, so i moved all my stuff to his location and talked to him and he said i could not use him i wasnt directed to him ?
So in my agents list it says available to u and when talking to him i cant use him
What is happening ? i have a high enough standing to use him it is in the list of available agents but i still cant use the positive standing agent ?
Please help

need 3.5 train the skill 'connections' to lv 3 or 4 and u will will get a good lv2 maybe a lv 3

this isnt what i meant, i have the connection skill however not trained, the point is i want to do this lvl 1 agent, training all learning skill before going to get better weapons etc so i want to stay at lvl 1 and pref good + agent, now the prob is it is in the list of available agents when i go over i cant use it what is the problem, required standing is 0.30 and i have 0.31 ????????

Try relogging and asking your agent again. That fixed the problem for me every time.

I believe it's sometimes needed that one agent refers to another. So before you can use it it's needed that you have a redirect. You won't be able to use it if you don't have enough standing though.
But i could be wrong first things first! Try logging in or else petition it.

Yeah, usually its just a problem with the game realizing that you're able to use it. I've always relogged and fixed this.

As others have said, try restarting the client. I've also observed similar goofiness with some storyline agents.
