Hello, I'm representing a minority player group that has been unfairly represented in the CSM - those players who never undock and/or play skill training online. My aim as your CSM representative (if you fit this criteria) is to divert votes away from highsec candidates who may actually deserve them and to get the following things ingame:

• Small Boobs in the Character Creator.
• More Pink Ships in Game. ( http://i154.photobucket.com/albums/s260/MrOosterman/pinkwidow_azajigga_issue.jpg )
• Greater Selection of Moustaches.
• Increased oppurtunities for Serious Business.
• Incarna bars with face punching enabled.

Once I've finished internalising a really complicated situation in my head I'll add more things to my agenda.

I am one of those constituents of the playing skill training online. Main questions is: I dont see any Adam in your post as you are claiming to do in the title. Just seems you are adding more eve to EVE. I.E small boobs, pink ships. CCP did add more adam to the game by renaming modules or giving them better names, but would like to hear what you would de before I vote. Thanks.

I'm sorry, but I'm only voting for candidates that support a "Voit" option in the character creator. That's where the tatas are NBA regulation size.

To be fair no where in the OP is there a promise not to quit midway through the term if elected.

Fixing the Bounty system
It occurred to me the other day that everything that is wrong with the bounty system can be expressed in a single sentence:

"Bounties don't work because the payouts are worth more than the clones."

Now that implants are included in pod-mails, the market value of a destroyed clone is public knowledge; this has created an opportunity to implement a new bounty system. As the nature of the current problem is that a friend or an alt can claim an outstanding bounty, the fix is actually relatively straightforward; change the mechanics of bounty payment to only supply a portion of the value of each clone and treat the total bounty on a pilot's head as a payout pool.

With a proportional payout pool, pilots will no longer be able to take a bounty for themselves without suffering more in losses than payouts. By supplying small payments rather than a lump sum, a new incentive is created to keep podding a given pilot as long as there's money in the bounty pool.

Voila! The eternally broken bounty system is fixed!

I originally posted a number of concerns about the complaicancy and lack of credibility to a responce to criminal behaviour and how it afforded a bias of care and afforded lack of risk and adaption by the criminal.

Whilst at the same time hoping to promote a missing element of the game that had been overlooked for sometime that could expand on gameplay and encourage more fun into EvE.

If anything to make the process more interactive and consequential with some validity.

This was as I was aware of numerous postings in the feature and ideas forum to the extent of repairing the BH process.

As a result Malcanis posted his thread during that dialouge and it seemed to represent my thoughts to a potential soultion. As such I was happy to use it as a basis of understanding rather than re-invent the wheel for the same purposes.

As such happy to generate further dialouge and refinement. But my goal is to afford awareness ultimatley to CCP to address what I feel is an issue that has been swept under the carpet for such a long time that people have become apathetic to it as an issue yet whilst still having a significant understanding that the current system is ineffective and exploitable.

I'm just going to say, I actually like the detachable window concept.

If this is a legitimate goal, you have my vote.

I think that ship customization would be neat, as long as it doesn't get to the point of hurting game mechanics (ship looking t1 actually being t2). And the detachable windows would be nice for mining.

-EDIT: Maybe the paint could be created in the texture creator program for a specific ship, and then it will take the form as a unique in game module that occupies it's own special slot in a ship fitting, allowing for it to be traded easier

So what do you plan to do to help incursions as part of CSM7?

Do you plan to push hard for implementation of the modular Corp and POS system so that smaller corps can isolate potential spiez without shutting them out of everything if they are indeed legit?

Could we count of CSM7 to SERIOUSLY push the botting and RMT issue? I am sick of tired of hearing people say "Nothing CCP can do bout it" And even alliances having rules against reporting Blue Bots.

How useful do you think being able to hit Ctrl+U in Adobe Photoshop will be to help you put forward ideas on the CSM without thought to their consequences on the current operation of the game?

You've got my vote, my first forum post, and my imagination working overtime on how to make custom paint really happen...

If it does end up in an interface like character customization i'd like to see the ability for a pilot/corp/alliance to buy rights to the exact combination they used to make their ship and limit it to one reserved paint job per pilot/corp/alliance...

Then again any kind of custom ship paint would be awesome.

Sorry, a little off-topic, but I haven't had any luck with google and forums searches....
In another thread somebody posted the procedure for creating a custom skin for your ship. One that would just appear on your local client, of course. Anyone have a link, or a link to some other guide to skinning for your client?

And +1 on customized skins for server ships.
