im not gunna be like evryone else and say it was good jsut becuase your in VETO.
The fights were good, but the quality was appaling and your HUD made me want to cry :P
But i guess its the pew pew that counts :)

To be honest, I don't think most of the fights were good but sometimes you end up frapsing ganks purely because you have the second to remember to press the record button 
The quality is due to my rubbish pc. It'll get upgraded slowly and my new graphics card is relatively alright. I'll get the rest boosted up soon.
What's wrong with my purple HUD tho?

I can make non-pewpew vids, but this is a tough crowd in here. Suffice to say, all my vids are of un-staged footage on Tranquility. I could make another style, but then Meb would complain
If you haven't seen my earlier vids, I could find them. They're each different to each other.
And as for teh interwebs being free; it's all subjective anyway

In all seriousness, it's just my third excursion into video making. It's nothing epic or advanced, but I have my own style (enforced by Meb's attitude) and I know some people just like to watch and observe different peoples styles.
In breif:
1st fight - Abaddon at gate.
He expected me to 1v1 him in my malediction, so I called in the boys. We decided with his tank to kill him outright and then we ransomed the pod.
2nd fight - Megathron in mission.
We had a bunch of inties/af's and we found him in a mission in Egg. The fight took forever due to our lack of dps and we wered edgy with our lack of mwd. Tried ransoming, but he wouldn't listen and eventually his lvl4 rats started agroing, which lost us the mail, but the lewt was alright.
3rd fight - Scorp Geddon outlaws on gate with support.
We had a small recon gang with 1/2 command ships and we engaged using our ewar superiority. The geddons tank held well but eventually crumbled and their support disappeared, making it quite an easy fight.
4th fight - Drake and Raven in misson.
Small recon/hac gang and we tried ransoming, but they didn't speak english. No rats this time so we tried our hardest for the ransom that wasn't to be.
5th fight - Thanatos in belt.
This experienced pilot knew what the hell he was doing and with our small gang of mixed ships (mostly drone damage that didn't like his SB's), it took us an hour of phenomenal drone management and fighter combat. I only frapsed the end due to lack of HD space, but I'll be upgrading that soonÖ. Good fight, with hostile support like a scorp that came in mid fight. Much kudos to the carrier (for not logging) and our ammo supply chain.
6th fight - Archon in belt.
This pilot was much better tanked, but without support, we had his cap quite sufficiently low, but his tank was taking forever. In the end, the ransom was paid and he was released. Good business alround and it seems both carrier pilots were great sports, considering we barely had the firepower to break their tanks.
Like I said, it's hard to fraps epic battles in lowsec when so many people just don't want to fight. I don't know where Kessah finds his fights, but I'm tempted to gang up with him when he goes looking just in the chance I might die with his suicidal tendencies ♥
We're pirates in the end though, and profit and survivability is our main aim. I'm sure Izo has showed the epic fights other gangs had with the likes of PAK and the Hulmate Massacre, but I miss out on these and it's probably how I've made a tidy sum pirating.
You either like my style or you don't. Either way, some people can't get over their tendency to troll, and all that shows is their immaturity and lack of comprehension. Each to their own
The music is good, the timing is alright, the fraps is low quality and my HUD is purple/pink. Try it and delete it if you don't like it
EDIT: Oh forgot the domi gank on a gate. I was in my rook and ecm is so ftw, but it always adds an edge to aggress under sentry fire with no tank

We're not trying to be rude, but when the video is an interceptor video where all you're doing is tackling, then we'd at least like to be able to see the action of your gangmates killing something. The quality of the video doesn't allow this. If you want attention/kudos whatever you're trying to get, then show us an interceptor video of you dogfighting or tackling targets in big battles where you have to weave your ship to stay in scram range but out of everyone's web/neut ranges, it's tons more exciting to watch instead of simple orbit at xxxxxx and watch gangmates kill it.
I'm sorry for being so harsh but someone has to say it and it will encourage you to make a better video.
Also, to me it seems like you just rushed the video and put your last 5 fights into the video. Leave the videos filled with everything for your corpmates, spend a while and get a lot of footage and then choose the stuff worth seeing. Don't put half fights in there because you forgot to fraps it, just toss it out (as hard as that may be to do). Compilations of all your fights are fun for your corpmates who participated because they can remember all that happened and relive it. Videos for the general public should be entertaining without any participation in the fights. Stuff that we see/do every day isn't fun to watch. But if you can edit it well and put some nice fights in there, then it's a fun video to watch.
Anyways, there's my constructive criticism, don't take it too seriously, I just thought you should hear the full reasoning behind it. You don't need to defend your video, just make the next one even better.

Meb how many time did you need to use the adobe encoder..when I exported it and it rendered it 0nce my vid was still 4 gigs...and then when i encoded w/ shakari's it kinda chopped it up more and made it choppy. I noticed you frapsed on half=size which is what I did. but your quality is better.

Yeah this is somewhat the point. I didnt find the movie too exciting either, BUT making a movie and posting for others to see is better then not trying to make a movie at all in my book. There will always be people who like it and some that dont. My first movie was pretty crap but I think I got better and better. Mostly due to input from people. So keep posting vids.

Great video Meb, It's hard to find 'Fair' fights in low-sec any more. So there really isn't anything to prove. And 0.0 is full of gate camps, nano squads and cloaking isk farmers, no point going there.
So if anyone else can make a video with low-sec PvP, Don't hesitate to post it up on these forums so we can observe them, criticise them, and maybe flame them to how we see fit, just like you. In any case, keep your negative opinions to those who care, 'Cause I sure don't.

And Chobham, all input is great. I agree with most of your sentiment, only it wasn't an inty video, it was just a video. Only two of the engagements had inties while the rest were mostly recon. But I still appreciate your suggestions. Hopefully, I'll remember to press the fraps button at the right times in future, but we'll see
