I'm looking to run some missions for a pirate faction in low-sec or 0.0, my question is: Which of these pirate factions are the best for missioning considering the rewards and such? I've already started with Thukker but the LP items seem pretty weak, I can't seem to find any faction ships. Am I totally stupid for trying this?

pirate faction ships got nerfed in last patch..but dont u just love the new graphix?..........................................................sorry server crashed like i said arnt the graphi....................................................................dc again i love the new graphi..........................

Pirate faction ships got nerfed in the last patch != pirate faction ships don't exist. Thanks for clarifying.
I'd also like to add that this makes me very sad and I'll probably never run a mission ever again.

First of all Thukker don't have any faction ships
And about the nerf thing, it's really just that the Nightmare got changed to something different.

I've always wanted to run Thukker missions, and never really got around to it. However my secondhand information is that if you aren't in it for RP reasons, many of the missions are a PITA, and most of the rewards aren't anything special.
There are two recent additions to their LP store that seem somewhat more promising though: the Nomad agility implants, and the Thukker MAPC.

the angels ship get nerfed (sorry) malk or something like that big black shiny ship too bad now it will be a collector item was 600 mill already now god knows.

Thukker Mix is only good for fixing your Angel standings (to run Angel missions later on), but it will take you ages if you have run plenty of non-pirate missions already...

I've been running Thukker to raise my Angel standings.. taking a long time.. but I got a quick boost by doing the Thukker cosmos agents.
Btw.. the LP store is better since the patch, but still not great.

sorry to sound ignorant, but in what way were the faction ships nerfed? I know the Nightmare got a makeover, but nothing in the patchnotes about changes/nerfs to other faction vessels. And i know for a fact that my own Ashimmu hasn't changed a bit, same as always, just looking a lot nicer.

The only faction ships that got changed were the Sansha. And those were buffed by any standard except that of the people who'd specifically trained for their old versions and don't have the skills yet to change over.
