Offering upto 4B depending on skills.
Im looking for a toon thats gallente with lots of gunnery and drone skills. Or a Caldari with lots of Launcher skills and drone skills. (drones skills dont need to be specced to all races, but need to be t2)
Either race character needs to have BS 5 and be able to fly interdictors AND interceptors.
Also looking for maxxed (or close) Learning Skills (this is a huge plus for me..(does not need charisma)).
I'm assuming there will be waisted skills but hopefully not. Character should have between 16-24M SP. If not convo me or leave mssg here.

He can utilize most T2 fittings, including T2 heavy missiles and T2 cruise missiles. He has a positive security status and no pirating history. He has top notch learning skills and VERY good stats for PVP development. He has solid drone skills. With a T2 fitted Raven, Drake, or Nighthawk, he's an amazing mission runner or ratter.
