Not much to go on, but I'll give a hand written/typed reply and hope you'll convo me for more details.
My corp is fully international, we operate anywhere from 12 to 40 people online 23/7. We are at 170 members and we recently purged a good number of inactives. We have NEVER had a recruiting thread and prefer to approach pilots or entire corps of our own choosing.
We operate in 0.0, and have an office in our alliances outpost. We are in the drone regions but have a compound/ore buyout system to make sure no one ever has the "I can't make money out here" problem.
We have a heavy concentration of PvP over industry these days and are looking for more people that are searching for it, and want to enjoy that part of the game.
We have the whole typcial setup that any large corp needs. Multipule directors to handle problems, forums, killboards, a good alliance with good team mates to work with. And good allies that know wth their doing.

OK, Madhatters Inc. could be just what you are looking for. We started off as mission runners before moving into 0.0. We have lots of experience in turning mission runners into PvPers. We live in Esoteria and offer all the usual trappings that 0.0 brings. Our alliance owns 1 outpost and we have access to lots of space. Deathwatch Inc are based in paragon soul deep 0.0, with great space to rat or mine for income, we also pvp on a daily basis vs some of the best pvpers in the game, we have scheduled corp ops each week and are a very active corporation.
We have 70 members (all active no alts) and they are on everyday (no joke), we have a very humourus attitude within the corp and we enjoy to joke about and have fun on teamspeak, we are however very experienced in pvp and have alot of 40mil+ SP players inwithin our corp.

im not cutting and pasting lol unfort im at work RL sucks so bad i dont manage to get on eve till night time GRRRRR lol look at my link for all corp infor all i can say is that we pvp in 0.0 and in low sec to and have rats to get isk from

HISTORY:
CyberDyne Industries was founded on the 6th of June, 2003.
CDI has been in and fought against the best alliances in game. With such a rich and colorful history CDI found itself being one of the Leading Corporations in The Forsaken Empire. We assisted in and were mainly responsible for the destruction of ESA alliance, Xelas Alliance, Euphoria Release, Venal Alliance, New Venal Alliance, Phoenix Alliance, UNICOR, The Pirate Syndicate, The Vale Alliance and countless others. Nearing the end of F-E and its sister alliance V.O.I.D, CyberDyne Industries under CEOship of Krullz decided to disband (Not Indefinalty).

At the moment CDI operates out of 0.0 Ka-tet controlled space rebuilding corp assets and our member base. We are looking for team orientated players of all trades who are looking for an established corporation with a very rich history in eve and high goals.
