This is a great character with good pvp skills and has the use of all the best caldari ships, he can fly HAC's Covert Ops, Recon, Assault, intercepters, batteships,battlecruisers,electro attack frigs (needs skill) and is only 5 days from COMMAND ships and is only 1 hour 40 minutes off interdictors and17 days off heavey interdictors. He has 3.5 mil in learning and is only a few weeks from full learning.The character can also do lvl 3 caldari navy missions and is not a great deal away from been able to do lvl 4.

Interested at all in trading for a 15mil Gallente toon that is focused on frigs/cruisers? Has Gallente Cruiser V, Frig V, all the necessary drones skills (10 days from Ogre IIs), Small/Med Hybrid V and specializations, etc. Very tightly focused, well developed toon.
Let me know if you'd consider it, if so, I'll post stats link.
