I started playing a few weeks ago and I recently found an abandoned spacestation somewhere and was wondering if I could do anything with it. At first, people told me I couldn't, but I read the news today and noticed an article on abandoned stations which have been taken over a lot.
So what can we actually do with these things?

just get it and be proud of it, only use atm.... or find one with a refinery or somein...

Could you explain that a little further, please? The phrase itself made virtually no sense to me - probbly because I haven't a clue what you're talking about since I'm relatively new to EVE.

there are stations deep in 0.0 you can conquor but its quite hard, thats what the article was refering to. But the station you have proably found is one of many abandoned and destroyed stations, u cant really do anything with it but its normally a haven for npc pirates

Ah, thanks for explaining that. Don't worry about the double post ;)
I would really like it if they made it possible to reclaim those old destroyed stations - either by taking over it and fixing it up or by destroying it and reprocessing it into minerals. There's gotta be a few battleship's worth of Tritanium in there.

If that was the case with abandoned stations ,they would of been gone before you got here, or owned before you could.
