I have noticted that since Trinity my light drones, and especially warrior IIs, act a bit strange sometimes.
When I recall them, they approach me at their insane speeds, and more often then not, 1 or 2 keep orbitting me, at full speed, and keep doing so for sometimes over a minute.
Anyone else noticted this or are my drones just disobedient little fkers and should I just blow them up again?
PS: I wasn't sure where else to post this, so did it here.

I get this sometimes. I just stop the ship, hit return again and that usually fixxes it.

I agree with the OP, I think this behavior re-surfaced in Trinity. I don't think it's drone-type-specific.

Well, I've only gotten it with light drones so far, and mostly warrior IIs, and those go fastest, I thought there might be a connection. (Pretty sure someone ruined their 'mwd off' buttons).
Edit: Either that, or CCP felt that drones still needed a bit of an own personality, like the good old times. Instead of returning very slowly like they used to, they go hyperactive.

I haven't had this problem. But there was one bug i ran into, I deployed my 5 light drones and for some reason 1 of them was deployed into god knows where. It wasn't in my drone bay and it wasn't around me and when i recalled my drones i was down 1. It was only a t1 drone so i didn't bring it up, just found it random. Has only happened to me once.

same issue here they just dont want to dock and keep buzzing with insane speed from right to left
following their movements makes you real dizzy

same problem here.
Light drones donŠt want to come home.... especially not with a nav comp fitted...
Makes things a mess...
Please fix this.

There's anothere issue - also affecting all drones where they won't use their MWD when returning, meaning you have to wait for your drones to return at a few hundred m/s, if they even catch up.

I had a similar problem, recalled 5 ogre II's and only 2 reached the bay while the others disappeared. I added drones to my overview and found the other 3 were abandoned a few k's from me.
