I'll give you 73:1.5 that you have lost control of your bowels if you think Bob can be removed from this game.
I'm just as much a proponent of the cleansing of Delve as the next and so shall it be written, but if you think Bob will be eradicated from being a "force" of Eve, then please pass that bong this way.
Won't happen. Remove their sovereignty - almost assuredly.
Anything more, negative ghostrider.

I'd be surprised if BOB actually lost Delve and were knocked back to empire. Odds are they'll be pushed back and then will simply stalemate anyone trying to take their home region.
The coming weeks will definetly be one heck of a bloodfest though. Should be fun. Lets hope people are frapsing the battles! <----------------------------------> Carebears aren't people, they're giant flying piniatas.

That said what odds will you give me that BOB wont die, thats the BOB as defined by ingame mecanics and not the fluffy pink sky affair being fought out upon these very forums.
So I say they wont die - what odd's are people offering.
Outline is BOB will still be here in March 1st 2008 with Molle still going strong. So given all the numerous posts and threads. What odd's are people offering as I'm very much interested in that bet as outlined.

given that they've abandoned every region since omist any fight would be a bloodbath in comparison

Gonna have to look this up on wikipedia and figure out what stockholm had to do with it. Swedes are pretty chill and the girls are just *swoon*. I live on Norway so we go to Sweden to buy cheap meat and booze, the Swedes come over here to cut our hair and serve us drinks. How chill is that?

Stockholm Syndrome is where a hostage has been converted by his or her captors to the captors way of thinking.
It was originally termed "Stockholm" syndrome due to it first being played to the media after a bank hostage taking in Stockholm, the employees became attached to there hostage takers.
More recently this has occured to westerners taken hostage in Iraq and Gaza...they get "Stockholm'd" and when they are released side with the cause the hostage takers took and can publicise it. Its less common for it to become big media nowdays as its fairly well known about and thus, uninteretsing to the media..
Full article. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stockholm_syndrome
In this case, its people who have been living under BoBs dress frills for the last few years coming out of the woodwork to defend the "hostage takers" through there inbuilt (by now) emotional reliance on these "friends" who they are deeply concerned about and the plight thereof.
As a minor extra thing, all the times i have been to sweden (I live in the UK) I have always found booze to be really expensive and heavily controlled by the government, to the point I had to produce my passport and my plane ticket before they would sell me any.

Edited by: Mobius Dukat on 18/12/2007 16:25:48 If that means they are weak minded, hiding under the folds in there captors clothing, coming out to defend the captors [some Stockholm umm..sufferers have actually gone into court where the captors were being trialed and defended them...this was during the early years when noone really understood it].
Then yep.
FIX maybe the Swedish Bank Employees of EvE...although that might not be too fair...I mean eventually the employees came around and realised what had happeened....still waiting for that on FIX.....

Really gonna have to doubt the whole 80% of eve thing. When the war started it was pretty close to 50/50 as far as pilots on both sides of the fight. ____________________________________________

Yes, and during the omist fighting bob was outnumbered at least 40/1 by no good cryalition blobs in noobships, the only reason bob lost omist and subsequent feythabolis was because of cryalition n00bs crashing nodes with bookmark shuttlebombs and self destructing shuttles which lagged out the grids, but this is common knowledge already so no real need to point it out, but i felt like clarifying it.

Well now we have stablished the fact. This does quite remind me of the siege of stalingrad, that was an epic battle between noobs and vets if there ever was more, furthermore
