Vile rat GoonFleet GoonSwarm	Posted - 2007.12.16 23:39:00 - [61] I notice a lot of people saying "lol u got a lot of blues lol lol (lol)" This is not a "We're going to war with everybody moar blues standing reset" post so stop posting like idiots trying to make that point. Goonfleet is no longer a young corporation and Goonswarm is no longer a new alliance. We've made a lot of moves in the past two years and changed a lot of people we've worked with in the past and in that time we've never done a comprehensive review of who we have standings with. One example is until recently we even had E.R.A still on our standings list and that's one of the less dangerous standings inaccuracies that we've been forced to deal with. This post serves as a simple informational tidbit that lets people who might have us + know that we are adjusting our standings policy to only have people who are actively part of the greater effort we are involved with on our + standings list. I'm sure lots of people will still post idiotic posts poking fun at our "large" + standings list and you are free to do so even though our reasons are clearly explained. Knock yourselves out.

Knock yourselves out. your positive standings are a large contributor to where you are today, you should not need to defend them. I suppose the voices in this thread poking fun are reflective of the current forum theme, moar drama! etc. a standings reset thread should mean just that, we are changing some standings! however in the current climate its the communities expectation of some added 'eastenders' in the mix, ie. we reset someone big and scary previously blue etc. The forums are what the player base make them, your corp should know just that.
