Considering Nummb is buying EVERY single BPO we make in one go, I believe his business is genuine and that I wish him luck. I guess throwing my small amount in is also a small measure of my trust (it's also all I have atm) so hope it works out for him. I'll read it all later and get the ISK to you before DT. Considering the 200 mill you owe our company atm I'm hoping you will consider this a 'layaway' until I can make sure of everything and send you the isk. Thank you Nummb, Just one word of advice, make sure you take some time off, but let your investors/business partners know well in advance. Nummb Amarr	Posted - 2007.12.17 19:07:00 - [33] It is true that I have received more reservations than I had outlined in my original plan but I was also holding back 50,501 shares for myself. That was going to be done so that I could lock down the BPO's, but then I realized, after reading some posts that it would not be necessary to lock down the BPO's if I owned more than 50% of the Corp in shares. I spoke with members of EBANK last night and I am going to go through with this plan as further refined by Shadarle and Hexxx that it will be a growth stock corp. What that means is that I will strive to make as much profit as I can each and every month. I will pay out a minimum of 7% IPO cost dividends each month on the 3rd then I will calculate how much profit I made during the month. Anyways, I have more numbers to run through my spreadsheets and I don't want these posts to all run together. As of this post, everyone who has posted in this thread has their shares confirmed. I am going to release a small portion of the shares I had originally planned on holding, but this will not effect my ability to meet the profit plan I have projected. I will give those who asked for reservations 24 hours to send isk and I will transfer shares as I receive isk. He told me to hold off on the dividends until I had security in place with EBANK, and I did post that I would not pay a dividend until February. I realize now that he wanted me to hold off on everything until we had reached that warm and fuzzy place. For that I apologize. I have received isk from 8 people and have transfered 29,500 shares. I have logged exactly who sent isk and how much in my spreadsheet. I already have put over 1 Billion isk into buy orders in two regions. Just an example of item 1 I am buying: Buy order for $6037.01 and I have purchased 574 items. In region 2 which is 6 jumps from where I am buying there is a buy order for $9619. If I do nothing more than merely haul and sell to his buy order I will make a 59% profit on this item alone. I could always put up a sell order of course for an additional 10% over what the buy order is, and I might, just showing what method of madness I am using. I have also received a few deposit of isk from people who have not posted on the forum and who were not listed on the reservation list. I will be holding their money for 24 hours in case some of the reservations pull out. DUE TO PATCH & DOWNTIME, ANOTHER 24 HOURS IS GRANTED FOR THOSE WHO RESERVED SHARES! I have a few people who have asked for additional details, I will continue to hold your shares in reservation. I expect an answer like yes i have 100mil of shares reserved for you send me isk or they are all reserved but I have you on a list for shares that haven't been paid for. Again, you can either post a reply here or evemail me ingame or even private convo me ingame. I am VERY easy to get in touch with. The fact that you aren't answering a question from someone that WANTS to buy shares and give you isk (and there are more than one of me that have posted that very question), raises some questions about your ability to communicate effectively. It's one thing to have to answer questions and objections and having dificulty repsponding to those effectively. It is a completely different thing altogether to be unable to answer a yes or no question when someone is asking you to sell them something. I've fired sales reps in real life for that.
