So I was uhm... practising the ancient art of can flipping (invented by Piratus, 21BC) hoping for some sort of reaction when all of a sudden a Stabber Fleet Issue showed up and flipped MY can. So I was ready to engage the "RUN FOR TEH HILS!" hyperdrive since I couldn't possibly make this into a posititive experience, when I actually noticed the character being quite young.
And the other guys present weren't shooting me since I flipped an NPC corp can I figured "WTH lets have a go". To my amazement i was doing GRAND, and actually got her into structure, when I figured "ransom or killmail... it's a hell of a killmail... but cash is always good".
Since I had sort of a clue on the ship's worth (I normally don't dabble with faction stuff) I figured I could easily get 45 mil for it. I don't want my customers to actually start weighing pros and cons of a ransom, I want them to happily agree to it so I get paid swiftly.
And then... then I got disconnected... AAARRRGH!!!! Should have gone for the kill :( Much to my surprise when I logged on again my customer was a real sport about it and sent me her offer of 15 mil, even though she didn't have to.
Oh well, at least I got the fraps to prove it, but I sure do feel crappy atm though.

Wow, a 52 mb file of you getting disconnected... I hope chribba has enough bandwidth to handle the dls...

Hi Tzar'rim,
I recently found your overview film very informative and was hoping you had some more tutorial films available?
Also what is can flipping and where can learn more about these colloquialisms?

Can flipping is the ancient art of going near someone else's can or wreck, ejecting something from your cargo to create your own can and then transfering the stuff from their can into yours.
Be carefull that by doing this you'll get a 15 min criminal timer during wich the player that you stole from (and their entire corp if they are not in a NPC corp), can shoot at you.

Apart from that, if their haulers grabs the can back (not one of the bigger ships, stupidly enough) MY timer will run out before HIS. So you just wait till your 15 mintues are up and then safely warp back to the belt since they can't touch you, only to see a nice, fat and juicy hauler all flashing red 
Yeah, I made some more movies but they're mostly for internal use atm. I'll contact Chribba to check if he's ok with me going public with them, as not to screw over his badnwith too much.

Fairly recently, I am running a mission in .4 space with my main and my alt. I am doing well, as suddenly I see that a pirate found me. I send the alt (close range cruiser) over and I target the interloper. And I disconnect-I hate Time Warner(tm). When I logged back in about an hour. I find my toons drifting in pods. The nice pirates asked me for the killmails since they were nice enough not to pod me.

Funny enough, i got disconnected while downloading your movie about getting disconnected.
