find it empty. I just got the ship. no module, no wpn etc. nothing. is it normal?

I would say that is a fairly normal price but maybe a bit high. Rest assured though that it is fairly close to mineral cost of the ship given the crazy price of mega/zyd nowadays :)

that suscks man i just built a tempest and it had 6 1400 scouts 5 counter balance mods a f-90 3 named hardners and a tech 2 tractor beam.
maybe you didnt build it properly?

Ships always comes completely with no modules already fitted, unless you make a special deal ofcourse. Equip some 250s, shieldmods and cap relays and you should be good . Have fun, GL.

To answer your question, yes. That's just the way they come, all the 'stuff' to put in em has to be bought as well.

You got an empty ship lol...
Think about it for a second... Nobody knows what skills you have so they cant predict what you can actually use hence it's always best to fit the ships out yourself.
I've never bought a ship with modules fitted and I think that goes for the majority of ship sales.

Some of you lot are real ****ers to the new ppl
Ships never come with any equipment, you need to buy it all your self. Shouldnt cost much to outfit a moa decently however.
Half the fun of the game is setting up new ship configs
