It also says the server will be back up at 15:00 GMT.
They are patching.

hmm its after 15:00 GMT now and the autopatch didnt work for me. where do I get it manually, couldnt find it on the patch site thingy =P

hahaha, in norway...im sorry im just ********. can't understand what those number on my watch really means =P hehe stupid, why can't time be the same everywhere! it's not like it really matters what time it is when its dark etc.

Server should be up from the time said in about 1hour and 15minutes... this message are thos people liveing in the zoneline germany and northward *winks* as that time zone is not GMT but GMT+1 *grins* i know i live in Denmark :P

Dont know if this will fix it or not.. but i am currently downloading the full Premium client.. from the info on it. It appears to be the current patch.. but it takes up nearly 1.1gb space *mutthers* wish it had a patch as the clasic one has

The phrase "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" applies greatly to "better graphics".
As for "better FPS", the overall FPS is better no matter if you go with Classic or Premium. FPS rate is *significantly LOWER* if you enable Bloom, which is the entire point of the Premium upgrade anyways, at least on NV 79xx and ATI/AMD FireGL cards.

Its not always that simple though is it. Unforseen problems happen with most patches you should already know that. Why do people think ccp do it deliberatly just to annoy its players?

or free bonus playtime for each hour TQ is offline ;) that would be fair. Paying for nothing isnt ok

The servers uptime will be 16:00, however during a patch always set a skill for at least about several hours after the "first expected uptime" just in case.

For some people it is 2:30am and my skill is due to finish in 3-4 hours and we'd like to be able to change it to a longer skill so we can go to bed. Ah well. That is what happens when u live in the GMT+10 zone.

yea iv been playing for a whille now to nearly 1-2 years and wen they say like 11:00-15:00 its never that its like 11:00-18:00 or a few days after but dnt worry abut that prtocole stuff they just pachting the server its self

technically the only time ccp is "stealing" from us is the unexpected downtime, and considering that we don't have to pay for our expansions, and we can legally buy GTC with isk, you guys don't have that much to complain about.

Trinity 1.0.1 patch deployment, the server will be up at 16:30 GMT.
CCP is amazing.
They can predict the time eve online is offline.

Once and for all I hope, what is this babbling about free expansions? Imagine I am a guy who lived in a hole for the last couple of years and just heard from my neighbour in the hole next to me there's a really nice game called Eve Online. Would I have to pay for all of the expansions there have been in the last 4 years up to this current date if they were not free for old players? Please tell me.

WoW has 3+ (is it more now, it used to be 3...) hours of downtime each day, as opposed to 1 for EVE. That, and you continually get free expansions every year. You all are given notice when a patch comes out. Stop complaining, or stop playing.
qth lol ,once in a while they give us free updates.
Ok I'm also not happy waiting but it will be soon up ...or they give us another extra hour

Speaking strictly for myself, I'd rather they keep the servers down and get things working RIGHT before they re-open them for connections and then have to shut down for quick fixes.
And regardless of what you may think or believe, CCP is not 'stealing' anything from you, even if they kept the serves down for 3 days...
Read the EULA maybe and you'll see why

My issue was that I downloaded using the auto patcher on login, and it told me the file was corrupt. I tried to DL it again several times, no luck. Tranq showed incompatible but online.
Manually downloading it worked like a charm, confirmed for me.
