looking for pvp chracters in all races no indy, or other no related skills has to be a pure pvp/pve character

Pure PvP -or- pure PvE?
I've got a toon that is some of both that I'm currently selling, but I don't know if I'd consider him 'pure'.

He's cruise/torp Raven capable, comes w/ some L4 agents ready to go, and I'm currently working him up for some R&D agents. He's also CovOps, Stealth Bomber, and Interceptor capable.

i will offer you 3.5 bil as i cant fit out a decent ship for him or if i do offer you 4 bill will you throw in a t2 fitted ship (as this is what ive got in my wallet atm nothing else)

I have a mixed fit T1/T2 Raven in highsec space that you can have with him if you're interested at the 4b price. It's got 3x CCC rigs and a full ratting/mission running fit. In addition to that, I've got several cap mods and T2 shield hardeners at his disposal as well.

Sounds good; please post in the auction thread I linked offering the buyout so I can notate it.
Also, There are some 0.0 assets that I need to liquidate prior to making the sale, though I expect it won't take too long to do. If you are interested in these assets, I can try to transport them into highsec for you, but I don't really see it being worth the hassle.
Please drop me a line in game on either this toon or Tra'vash Hellfire when you get the chance (frickin' extended downtime FTL), and we'll finalize the deal.

The assets would be Jita market value; honestely I think it's a bunch of stuff that needs to be refined, T2 hardeners for a Raven that may be out there, and the Raven itself. If you're interested in purchasing the stuff along with the toon, it'd make it a bit easier on me, but you'd have to shoulder the responsibility of getting that equipment/jumpclone out of 0.0 intact.
I might be able to help you with that part of it, but I can make no guarantees (it is 0.0 after all).
We can chat about it a bit more in game when the servers come back up.

He has top notch learning skills and VERY good stats for PVP development. He has solid drone skills. With a T2 fitted Raven, Drake, or Nighthawk, he's an amazing mission runner or ratter.
I'm pricing this character as if he was a 14.5mil pvp character, since some people may not have much use for the empire building piece. Just those skills are worth at least 500mil isk, should anyone need them.
