The Osprey and are used as mining cruisers, the Exequror and Augoror have no use as far as I can tell.
(aside from LOL reps outside stations if you are too poor/unskilled to use a proper logi)
Make these ships into less effective versions of their T2 brethren.
What, no mining cruiser now?
Drop the Skill reqs on the procuror to serve in stead of the osprey or scythe. |

Osprey could use soem more CPU and a cap projector range bonus rather than a mining bonus. I really don't understand the logic behind having mining cruisers. May as well just train for a mining ship. Takes about the same amount of time and you get better results.
As for the Caracal, I can get 2x LSEIIs and a MWD II on it without any problems, and I still don't have AWU 5. Just not with HMLs. And to be honest, HMLs don't give you all that much more dps than AMLs due to the much faster RoF on AMLs. Also, you have to consider that heavies will apply less damage due to target speed/size. It can also fit enough buffer to take a couple direct hits from Tier 3 BCs.
Caracal really doens't deserve to be on this list. But if CCP wants to give it some more PG, I won't complain.

The key to the Maller is just that of a Zealot Low sig and decent EHP. the DPS however is lower but its a low tear ship its expected. And any ship can be considered bait. but anyways this thread is getting ridiculous. All the ships should not be the same though some do need a buff to make them useful. Just leave it at that.
