I have been playing on and off since 2005 and I still love to mine. Nothing like doing some homework with the mining lasers going. I even mine while watching TV. |

Max skill Orca and Rorqual pilot with mining foreman mindlink can only use drones for weapons so...
* Dominix with utility high/mid slots for neuts, web, remote sensor boosters and such. I know I always hate facing these.
* As a Rorqual pilot, he uses 5 warfare links, so he can use all the non-mining links too. Was considering putting him in a Command Ship. He will also get Fleet Command eventually (Currently Wing Command 3).
* Rattlesnake PvE drone boat leading to both Chimera and Thanatos carriers. I plan to train Nidhoggur and Archon too eventually.
* Since he is heading for carriers and Logistics 5, might as well as put him into a Scimitar along the way. He already has Logistics Chief Elite from watching over Hulks, and Minmatar Cruiser 3 from doing codebreaking and archaeology in a Hurricane.
* With Minmatar Cruiser 5, might as well as add Propulsion Jamming 5 for a Broadsword HIC. He's already got Graviton Physics from using a Capital Tractor Beam on the Rorqual.
* If you've got Jump Drive Calibration 5 and BS 5, then might as well be a Black Ops pilot too.
So really not all that different a skill set for at least this Orca and Rorqual pilot to be a useful PvP pilot. |
