Its right up there on the 'coming soon! ' list along with -
Bounty Hunting improvements.
The mythical Amarr Boost.
Planetary Interaction.
The 'coming soon!' list was found carved on an ancient stone monument found near cpp's office in iceland. No one really expects anything on that list to come anytime 'soon' (i.e. within the next millenia).

Actually from what I can recall last CCP said anything about it they stated corporate logos would never appear on the side of any ships, alliance logos on the other hand.

The ships now need some individualism. Two ships fighting each other that look exactly the same doesn't look right.

It would be nice but that would increase lag so much if each ship now has a different skin if it's in a different corp. It would be cool, but it's too impractical.

LoL,
Make it a new modification slot on ships.
U add this module which contains your corporate/alliance logo.
Which that module when the ship is in space adds a logo/team color to your ship.

It wouldn't be a skin, it would be a pre-placed sprite or tag image, faded bit (transparent slightly) and placed on a certain pre-dedicated part of the ship. It also would only show up under certain zoom levels (like with turrets).
