UNIVERSAL FREELANCE does exactly what the name implies:
Tired of flying solo but having neither the time or the inclination to make EVE into another full time job? UNIVERSAL FREELANCE offers:
NO CORP TAXES.
No API required. We don't care who your alts are, it's not our business.
No Mandatory ops.
All races, all timezones welcome.
No SP requirement, new or old players welcome.
Not very active? Nobody is going to boot you for not logging in....you have a life after all.
Trial accounts welcome.
UNIVERSAL FREELANCE is a steadily growing band of friends who have mixed interests in the game but for now at least, want to do things THEIR way and fly with friends but without obligation. Members who leave are always welcomed back (If they haven't been a complete *rse).
We're across multiple timezones and between us have an interest in pretty much everything...Manufacturing, PI, Missions, WH exploration etc etc...We have a TS server for those who prefer voice comms and a dedicated website at www.eveonlinecorp.net. The corp has no hierarchy and it's members have an equal say in anything we do.
One word of caution...If you want to do something as a group then suggest it to the corp and if enough people want to do it they'll come. We do some non obligatory group stuff already which is fun, but don't grumble if we don't do your particular "thing". If you want it, then help make it happen. Of course you don't have to do anything at all, but don't complain if you're bored and we're not entertaining you !!
So if you're playing solo, in between corps, undecided which way you want to go in EVE or just looking for some friendly banter, why not look us up? After all, we're keeping the FREE in Freelance. The worst that can happen is you save a few ISK in taxes.

Come and join us....there's usually someone around even during the quiet times of day and at least you won't be paying any tax.

I'd like to talk about what a wonderful corp UNIVERSAL FREELANCE is but as i'm so obviously Dave's alt I won't insult your intelligence.
Give us a try and see for yourself, there's nothing to lose. In fact, you'll at least save youself some taxes while you're here and who knows, you might even like us.

Patch day....Well, the patch that fixes the patch that broke the patch that.....you get the picture.
Plenty of time to sit back and consider your options.......Nobody logging on in your corp lately? CEO gone walkabout? Not seeing any benefit from those taxes?
Even worse....sitting in an NPC corp and paying 11% tax but you don't see an alternative without getting ordered around?
There's another option you know.
