Dear Mr. Bytez,
Since it is a rule that moderation shall not be discussed on these heavenly boards all you are accomplishing is to make the moderator's job harder as they will have to lock this thread. I'm sure you had good intentions, but please, think before you act

I am not discussing individual instances of moderation, only giving them "mad props." Since there is no rule against the givage of mad props, I feel this thread firmly falls within the rules.

You raise an interesting point, I guess we will just have to leave it up to the moderators to decide whether or not mad-propage is allowed.

Now that I think of it, that's a lot of work. Perhaps our Christmas gift to the moderator staff should be to find posts that violate the rules and point them out, so they can more easily police this forum. Then they can spend less time on the Internet and more time with their family.

You know that the etiquette of the forums where we come from frowns upon such backseat moderation. Perhaps we should adopt a few of our better rules in addition to our new, nicer attitude for new years. Of course I have now violated that, but much like the others in this thread, with the best of intentions.
And Merry Christmas to you all as well.
