The rules are: 1 ticket costs 1,000,000 isk There are a total of 50 tickets Everybody can buy as many tickets as they like ONLY people that are grown up and mature can buy tickets ONLY adults Those are the rules. If you are interested, then contact me in game, Marshal Buckov, or here. Anybody who got something negative to say, quote, or accuse me of something, DONT bother replying to this post. Another rule: Haters GET THE F* OUT!

Anyway, asking someone not to reply negatively is basicaly an open invitation for anyone who whiches to do so..this is an open forum y'know... Mind you my oppinion is based on your edits of your 2,5 bil lottery, edits which show nothing but immature behaviour + just a rude attitude towards people who gave you positive tips on how to make yourself look more trustworthy (my post included) I made screenshots aswell so don't bother trying to re-edit. Also the language you throw around is offensive and abusive and is at least suitable to get an official warning which i will personally make report of.. Another thing i will make report of once i've verrified that the characters you name in your 9.6 mil lottery are either fictive and don't exist or are 1 day alts (which i suspect they are actually since none of the characters posted in your thread stating they where buying such and such tickets as you yourself requested)is that you are using the forums for illegal purposes.. As i've said before; scamming through the forums is a bannable offense. How does that work? All you've told us is the price of the tickets, how many tickets, and who to talk to. When is the lottery drawn? What is it based off of (IE UK Lottery system)? What will happen if you don't sell enough tickets? How many prizes are there? What are the prizes? This doesn't make any sense. If you want to see how a lottery is done, check out Chribba's Lottery. There are ALOT of prizes, small ones, medium, big, very big, and HUGE! the draw is held like this: the 50 mil isk (50,000,000) is broke down into categories, as i said, alot of small, medium, big, then a bit less very big, and a few HUGE. Then after there will be papers with numbers in a bag, and I will pull them out. When i finish all tickets and all prizes will be finished, then I say who won the HUGE, very big, and big prizes here, and notify everybody about their big, medium and small prizes in private eve mail, and send everybody their isk. There will not be a case of me not selling all the tickets.

What assurance do the ticket holders have that this is done completely unbiased? How do the ticket holders know that you don't have a friend or alt buy a few tickets, then announce that they have won the first prize? I hope you understand this is simply a concern, not a personal attack. And (again) what are the prizes? You speak of a LOT of prizes to be won, some of the huge. What do you consider to be huge? A Tier 2 Battleship BPO? A full set of high grade faction implants? Maybe a rare faction ship? How do these huge items get paid for with a 50 million isk pot? What (again) is the timeline for the drawing? How long after the last ticket is sold do you pull the numbers? What order do you decide what numbers are pulled for the prizes? Is the first ticket the Grand HUGE Prize winner, or is it the last? I did see you earlier lottery, but you must understand that one successful lottery of a rather insignificant amount of isk is not enough to built the credibility needed for most players. What is needed is a more concrete set of definitions and rules, and a more reliable lottery system. These will give your lottery credibility and a sense of freedom from scams. The HUGDE prize will be like 30 mil isk or something like that, i can't say what are the prizes at the moment because i have not yet divided the 50 millions proportionally to different 50 amounts. I wont do the alt thing, coz I really do this out of honesty.. and I think its fun, and i will make it clear like water, and anybody can talk to anybody and ask them anything they like if they mistrust me.. I can understand your lack of confidence.. but if I would actually get a chance, u would see that I am not scamming.

(Thats a tell by the way.) Second if you want "Mature Adults" to participate in your events. You have to act like one your self. Third, you have not thought this out very well. To give credibility to your "event" you should have a well know respected third party accept and hold the iskies. But of course that would not work if you are trying to scam. By the way. Try not have your alt/main post so quickly to defend you. Pretty sad dude. Lead follow or get the hell out of the way!
