odd city isnt the word....
was content on sucking my agents jewles and chatting iin corp,
when everything went all Derek off "most Haughted"
there were 3 of us in corp channel (at this early time of the day)
when this happened.

it whould appear just like that kid off sixth sence that i also was seeing dead people (well newbs anyhow which as good as dead once they step outside of safe sapce with all you pirate gangkers about)
anyhow this was the status quo...
my two corp mates corp chat was fine they chould see me and converse fine. they could not see anyone else other than the 3 of us in the corp channel.
me i can see me corp mates and coverse with them..BUT i can also see the state war corp channel...i can see all that is being said in the state war channel..but i cannot seem to communicate with them.
i knew this was good herb...but i didnt exspect to go hyper trans dimentional baby Yeahhhhhhh....
so after much laughter it was pointed out this is not not not cool....
this is the first time this has happened to me and i cant say i was doing anything to make it happen.
but it was suggested that if you somehow had the same error but with another corp it chould be very damaging.
what if you some how managed to see the corp chat of a rival corp ?
most wierd indeed.

I had this once as well with a n00b corp as well. Relogging fixed it. I think it only happens with n00b-corp chats tho :)

Thats an old bug that has been around since game release and keeps popping it up now and then. Generally harmless though - it looks worse than it is. What I have noticed though Mare, is that you seem to get highly alarmed easily through other topic posts on the forums. Probably should turn that 'alarm' off - love longer that way, stress is never good ;)

I've experienced this too. In my case, it wasn't a noob corp - it was a well known corp with 100+ members.
I notified the corp, relogged (which fixes the problem) and filed a bug report.
It seemed like I only saw ppl as they logged on, like when joining fightclub on Chaos. However, I was unable to communicate with them. Even tried sending evemail, to which I got no response. Then I opened a convo with one of them and explained the situation (convo worked, mail should have worked but maybe the ppl I sent it to didn't have time to check the mail).
In this case, the corp wasn't one of my enemies. If it had been, I'd be very tempted not to report it and just read the conversation, and I know a lot of ppl would just sit back and enjoy the secret stuff.
