Atron or Iteron V, depending on the size of the mission cargo. Sometimes you can use a Exequror instead of Iteron, for a bit quicker turnaround.

By the way, I think you missed the point altogether. Your first post looked like you were being an ass, your first edit looked like you were trying to not be an ass, then your third edit looked like you realized that an ares is tech 2 and now you're fixing your mistake.
However, what are the odds that this guy, using the word "CLEARING" is referring to courier missions?
In the event he is, I'm sure he'll catch one of your hundreds of edits to your post and be set for life.
A properly set up Dominix would have no problem burning through them. You can get an idea for fittings in the Ships and Modules forum.

I've done quite a few level 4's in a dominix. With high drone skills(3.7m sp in drones alone) they can be pretty quick.
However, you have all of the disadvantages of drones. The travel time alone on tech2 heavy drones is enough to give one pause. Add in to the fact that because of drone aggro rules, you have to be really careful how you deploy your drones. This means you sometimes get into situations where if you deploy your drones, they are going to get attacked/killed pretty quick.
In contrast, to say the Raven, you can just warp in and start shooting. So far I haven't been terribly fond of Gallente ships for mission running. I've switched to the raven on my caldari character, and have been much happier.
Anyone have any different opinions as to Gallente ship mission running? I hear people enjoy the Hyperion for it's awesome tank.

I mean, Dominix. It is by far the fastest Gallente solution to lvl 4s. The Myrm has higher survivability with its passive shield tank, but it's obviously got the lower dps. Much of the Domi's "tank" takes the form of high-dps, if you know what I mean. Dead ships can't hurt you.

Megathron. At least for all missions where you can get range, missions where you start at short range from webbers might be faster with Dominix.

I'm using the Astarte, it clears the lvl4's pretty quickly.
But than again that ship is not T1.
You could try the Megathron. (need good skill points for tank do)

a BS is good with cargo expander and a MWD with 5 tractor beam and 3 salvager , it's what i use (with 3 salvage rig but i dont really realise if they are really so usefull)

For kill missions, I use a hyperion, the tank is superb, the DPS is decent.
For clearing the salvage and loot, I use a megathron, kitted with 3 x salvage rigs, cargo expanders, medium cans in the hold, 4 tractor beams, 4 salvagers, MWD, and 3 cap rechargers (T2 if you can use it).
I turn down courier missions, as I abhor them.

if by clearing you mean slvaging and looting then a catalyst is a good choice, maybe need to tow a can around with a traccy beam with new loot volumes. Fit 4 salvagers and 4 tractor beams, a brutix also does well.
if you mean killing the rats then a dominix will do very well, set of sentrys, racial heavys and lights will do well.
