So, we've killed a certain Velator which had some interesting fittings on it, namely:
Small Active Stealth System I
Storm S Blueprint
Shogon (in cargo hold)
Has anyone ever heard of any of these modules? I can't find them in the eve-online item database

Never heard of the Shogon, but I expect it's in the same boat as the other two.
Storm S was a prototype t2 ammo (each weapon was prototyped 3 ammos - a long range, a high damage and a different damage type one. Only the first two were introduced).
Stealth systems were prototype sig radius reducing mods.
None of them were ever introduced, and should not ever be seen on TQ.

Reminds me of the tech 5? mining laser someone got back in the day...
and is this the Shogon you are talking about? http://eveinfo.com/npcship/11683/eve-online-shogon.html
I think I remember Storm S on the test server. No idea on the stealth system I but it's in some item DB's too, but not a released item.
Yeah if you actually have this stuff on TQ then I suggest contacting a GM asap as it's not suppose to exist...

Entity has some of these bugged items "TRADE WINDOW" being the biggest bugged item i can think of.
"Blaze M" an explosive crystal was openly auctioned on forums about a year ago with no GM intervention.

I have a "Trade Session" too. Those are bugged enough that you can't move them in any ship or trade them.

I'm actually concerned about how the person you killed obtained these things, which is what a GM should look into. They may have been obtained through legitimate means by the person flying that Velator, but given past events I'm inclined to believe not.
Or, maybe this whole thing is just a duckroll. :)
