Any others at 4 are okay more is okay.
Race Freighter at least 4, prefer Caldari, Charon
Navigation
Evasive Maneuvering 5 nice bonus
Not looking for or wanting to pay for mining or industry. This alt will go on an account that won't train so it has to be where I need it.

Nice indy toon. But I don't need or want to pay for all the mining skills. Also no freighter, only a few days training but I will be moving the character to an account where it can't train.
I will think on it but not where I would want to spend top ISK's. |

Nice toon and pretty much what I am looking for with the bonus of JF with JDC 5, but I don't need it. IMO, even at 300 ISK per SP your start bid is just under what the toon is worth.
Good luck and I will watch the thread. With all the ISK floating around someone might give you the 446 per SP you want on the BO.
