My two directors and long standing friends in EVE left the game and for two months i was wrapping up my masters degree. RCLAN went quiet for a bit. We are recruiting again and this is what we are looking for:
As RCLAN has always been about PvP we are as usual interested in
-Combat generalists
-Recon/EW/Probing/Command Ship specialists
RCLANs focus has always been on tight and effective organization. Fast paced gangs and roaming action. We will continue to expand on this and include other operating procedures.
 Furthermore we will be looking into POS removal and ransoming. We have capital ships, but we could use some more.
In addition to this we are now also interested in players focusing on logistical aspects of the game:
-Market/Research/Production etc.
Including both paths in our corp will help generate the resources needed to project our goals across our operational area. As i myself am no expert in the area of logistics i am also looking for someone to direct this division of the corp. I can manage it at the offset, but would like someone with an intimate understanding to help organize and manage.
 We operate out of Uphallant, Dastryns and Iges in the Placid region.
Operations will by and large be conducted in low-sec and 0.0.
Both legal and illegal PvP operations are conducted
Wars and limited campaigns will be conducted to further corporate interests- but also for fun..

All applicants are required to relocate to our area of operations. If you are interested in doing missions that means you will have to use Gallente agents.
All members are expected to use Teamspeak and to help defend corporate interests.
 Royal Crimson Lancers is a laid back corporation that focuses on entertainment and having a good time. We acknowledge that this is the function of the game EVE-online and maintain that RL has precedence. We remain on good terms with our previous members and some of these will at times rejoin or leave depending on the situation.

All timezones are accepted, but we are looking to focus our presence within the frame of 1500-0200 EVE-time

There should be a function that allows you to refresh your ad once per day, rather then having to resort to lame bumps all the time.

Royal Crimson Lancers is an established name and anyone joining will be expected to promote the corp in a manner consistent with our reputation and intentions..
If you are broke, shipless and have no means of making isk- this is not the corp for you.. There are no handouts and no hangars loaded with free stuff. Money is made ransoming and looting. Missions if you can bother doing them- all this requires that you have the necessary assets.
We need people who can provide competent assistance from the day of joining. While there are easy kills flying about, there are also other gangs looking for those very same easy kills- expect PvP against decent PvPers.

I would like to amend that although we aim to be good at our business- EVE is not our everything, and it shouldn`t be yours either.
RCLAN is supposed to be a place you can log in and expect some entertainment and company of decent poeple whom you enjoy playing with.
Whether you`re a casual or regular player makes no difference. The important issue is that you work with the corp and your corp mates and that you are here to enjoy a good time.
Samcking in local or yelling at corpmates is something we just don`t do. We conduct our business well because it is our motivation to do so- when someone are no longer motivated to help out, they are helped to find a corp better suited for their needs.
